Question: Do you have foods or breads that are vegetarian, vegan or for folks with dietary sensitivities?

Answer:

In regards to the breads, the majority of our breads are vegan. The main ingredients in the majority of our breads are flour, water and salt.

In regards to our food, the majority of our dishes are vegetable forward and we will more than love to accommodate you. A team member will be able to assist you with any concerns.

Any other questions please send us an e-mail and would be happy to address them !

Question: Do you sell any gluten-free breads?

Answer: We have an open layout for our kitchen and bakery. This makes it difficult to control the flour particles in the air so for safety purposes we do not sell bread/pastry marked as gluten free.

Question:  How do I keep my breads fresh ?

Answer:

  1. Once the bread is cut, store it sliced side down to keep it from drying out. You can place the paper bag over the top of the loaf.

  2. Our bread freezes well !  This is a good idea for those who will not finish a loaf of bread within a week. Place the loaf in a well-sealed bag and into the freezer. Once ready to eat the loaf, take it out of the freezer and pop it in a 350 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes to get it crusty again. Pro-tip : slice the bread loaf before freezing and you can pull slices for that impromptu avocado toast.

Question: I really just want to come in for bread, pastry or lunch to go BUT I do not want to pay for parking

Answer: There are 30 minute complimentary parking spots in front of Mountain High Outfitters ( Mondays through Fridays only) and in three spots in front of Binder’s Art Supply. Look for signage that states complimentary parking.
